Hello, my name is Yessica, and I’m originally from the Dominican Republic. I’ve been living in the United States for the past four months with my family. My favorite hobbies include painting, doing word searches, and walking dogs. Since childhood, I’ve been a passionate animal lover, especially when it comes to puppies and kittens. I grew up in a household filled with animals—cats, dogs, and even guinea pigs. We currently have two female guinea pigs named Maple and Syrup. I also have a beloved dog, Ricky, whom I adopted at two months old, and a sweet cat named Manchas, who I rescued when she was left alone and wet outside my home during a rainstorm.

Despite studying a career unrelated to animals, I’ve always felt a deep connection with them and often imagine myself as a veterinarian who would have thrived in that field. My dream has always been to own a large farm filled with a variety of animals, where I could rescue and care for them, offering them a safe and loving environment.
