Growing up, I was always surrounded by a variety of animals, including dogs of all sizes, cats, rats, snakes, turtles, and just about any critter my sisters and I rescued. I’ve always felt a deep connection to animals and love discovering each pet’s unique personality. It’s this passion that drives me to care for animals with genuine love and attention.
When your pet is in my care, you can be confident that they will receive all the love and care they deserve. I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’ve been caring for animals my entire life, and I also spent time volunteering at the Humane Society during high school, where I played with dogs, cleaned the cat rooms, and provided comfort to animals in need. For me, caring for animals isn’t just a job—it’s a source of joy and fulfillment.
Currently, I have a high-energy dog named Odin who’s a playful bundle of joy, even at five years old. I also have three mischievous cats—Ellie, Triton, and Volik—who are always keeping me entertained with their antics. My love for pets extends to all animals, no matter their size or temperament.
I enjoy staying active with coed softball and Jiu-jitsu lessons, so running around with dogs or playing with cats is one of my favorite ways to spend my time. Hi, I’m Morgan, and I’m excited to be your Pet Sitter in Jensen Beach!
Growing up on a farm, I’ve never known life without animals. From cattle to horses, cats, and dogs, I’ve had firsthand experience in caring for both livestock and pets. My family always had big dogs, including Siberian Huskies and Alaskan Malamutes, which gave me a solid foundation in handling larger, energetic breeds. Living on a secluded property, our dogs didn’t interact much with other animals, so I learned the importance of keeping them calm and controlled on a leash, especially in public spaces. I spent countless mornings and afternoons walking and running with them to burn off their energy and keep them healthy.
After being married for a year, my husband and I decided it was time to welcome a puppy into our home. We each grew up with different types of dogs—he had smaller breeds like Yorkies and English Bulldogs, while I was used to larger dogs. After lots of research and discussions, we settled on a Corgi. Little Mac, our Corgi puppy, quickly became the center of our lives. We adored him and spent three wonderful years raising him, going on walks, and watching his unique personality blossom. He was a talker and always ready for a photo or a good belly rub. Sadly, we lost him suddenly in 2023, but his memory remains a constant source of joy. We’re looking forward to adopting another Corgi in the future and experiencing that special bond all over again.
In 2024, my husband and I moved to Florida from our home state of Montana. I’m excited to meet new people and pets through House & Hound Care. My heart warms every time I see a dog, and I always stop to appreciate their company. I believe pets are one of the truest friends we can have, offering unconditional love and companionship.
